Thank you for shopping with Soleil Derm. We’re committed to getting your skincare products to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (such as promotions or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

Domestic Shipping

We offer shipping throughout the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned—expansion is in the works.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Issues or Delays

Soleil Derm is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, or natural weather events. If you experience issues with delivery, please reach out to the carrier first using your tracking number. If you're still having trouble, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to make it right.
